This year, the SCSUG Executive Committee will be offering various Scholarship programs for individuals to attend the 2013 SCSUG Educational Forum. Programs are designed to help students, faculty and recent graduates or professionals new to SAS, the opportunity to attend the upcoming conference in San Antonio, TX.

Academic Scholarships
The SCSUG Executive Committee will be offering Academic scholarships to college students AND faculty to attend the 2013 educational forum. Faculty scholarships will cover registration fees for selected faculty that teach or advise students using SAS. Student scholarships may cover registrations fees, hotel accommodations, a training seminar, and travel stipends (scholarship packages have not been finalized).

Junior Professional Awards
The SCSUG Executive Committee will be offering Junior Professional awards to attend the 2013 educational forum. Awards may cover registrations fees, hotel accommodations, a training seminar, and travel stipends (award packages have not been finalized). Junior Professionals are defined as a recent graduate (fall 2012 or later) of a college or university and have used SAS in coursework or research, or have used SAS on the job for a cumulative of three years or less. Applicants are asked to apply if your company may not be able to fund all or part of the expenses to attend the forum.
