Unfortunately, we do not have the means to accept Purchase Orders for registration.
If you are paying by check, the amount due is good if your payment is postmarked by the date Indicated on the registration item (e.g. by 9/30, by 11/1, etc.). If your payment is not postmarked by the deadline date, your amount due will increase by $25.
If your check has not been received by Saturday, 11/8, you will be required to pay the on-site registration fee via credit card or another check in order to attend the conference. (The original check will be returned to you when received)
Due to Hotel guarantees for food and space, registrations are not refundable. However, we do allow attendee substitutions even after the forum has begun.
